Tom Easterling

Tom has over 30 years experience in NHS management, where he worked at local, regional and national level. His most recent role was at NHS England, where he was Chief of Staff for the Chair and Chief Executive from 2013-2019. Earlier in his career he was Chief Executive of a Primary Care Trust in London. He lives in Muswell Hill, north London. He is a trustee of North London Hospice and the chair of his local cycling club. He is qualified as an executive coach and has a masters degree in Occupational Psychology.
