The Office of Health Economics is delighted to host the Health Economists’ Study Group Summer Meeting, which will run from 30th June – 2nd July 2025.
Founded in 1972, the Health Economists’ Study Group (HESG) is the oldest organisation of its type in health economics and exists to support and promote the work of health economists.
HESG is based in the UK with an international membership comprising health economists active across academia, government and industry, and plays a key role in the development of the field around the world.
The HESG Summer Meeting is one of HESG’s biannual meetings, featuring pre-circulated papers and structured discussions led by discussants. Its research focus is on economic evaluation and impact of health policy, health outcomes, healthcare financing and insurance, demand and supply of healthcare markets, health inequalities and equity, and broader economics topics.
This year’s HESG Summer Meeting will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole, Brighton, over three days from 12 p.m. on 30th June to 1 p.m. on 2nd July 2025.
