Kelsey Moore joined OHE in March 2025 as an External Engagement Officer. She holds a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Chicago and an MSc Public Health (Health Promotion) from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. Kelsey is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in healthcare consulting, strategic planning, and health equity-centred work. She has managed complex client engagements, facilitated stakeholder engagement processes, and coordinated public health initiatives addressing the opioid epidemic and mental health. Additionally, she has worked as a research assistant in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neuroscience at the University of Chicago focused on social justice service-learning and historical trauma in African American youth.
