Dimitrios Kourouklis

Visiting Fellow

Dimitrios is an economist and his research interests lie in the fields of the economics of innovation and specifically on the economics of pharmaceutical markets and R&D. In addition, he is interested in topics at the intersection of health and applied economics. His research has been published in journals such as Industry and Innovation, Applied Economics, and Applied Health Economics and Health Policy.

He currently works for the Greek Ministry of Health as a Special Adviser to the Secretary General for Health Services. In the past, he worked as a Senior and Principal Economist at the Office of Health Economics (OHE) and Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Bordeaux and MINES ParisTech.

Dimitrios holds a PhD in Economics from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, a MSc in International Health Policy from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a MSc in Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business.
