Dr Gundo Weiler, Director for Prevention and Health Promotion at WHO Regional Office for Europe

Dr Gundo Weiler has more than 20 years of experience with WHO, supporting countries in Europe, Africa and Asia to develop integrated approaches to health, development and emergencies. Prior to joining the Regional Office for Europe, Gundo served in multiple roles in WHO’s Western Pacific Region and Headquarters. Before joining WHO, he engaged in clinical, research, nongovernmental and development work in Australia, France, Germany and the Philippines.
