Incentivising New Antibiotics: Designing a Value-Based Delinked Pull Incentive Mechansim

A recipient of the OHE–City Fellowship, Claud is currently studying Economic Evaluation in Healthcare and has a background in the social sciences. During a broad–based and multi–disciplinary undergraduate degree, he became particularly interested in Medical and Biological Anthropology. Claud developed strong qualitative research and analysis skills, which he now hopes to develop further and complement with more advanced quantitative analytical skills applied to the healthcare sector.
Claud is interested in the broader value of medicines to society and how health economics can help us respond to challenges and demographic changes, such as an ageing population, by improving health systems’ capacity and resilience. He looks forward to exploring and developing additional areas of interest throughout his MSc and working Fellowship.
