Alessandra Leach

Alessandra Leach joined OHE in August 2026 as a Graduate Economist. She holds a BA in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford and an MSc from the European Master in Health Economics and Management (EU-HEM), a joint degree programme across the University of Bologna, Erasmus University Rotterdam and the University of Oslo. During her MSc, she specialised in economic evaluation and wrote her thesis on the cost-effectiveness of advanced imaging techniques for post-radiotherapy monitoring of brain tumours, using observational data from the Netherlands. Alongside her studies, she also completed an internship with the market access team at Roche Norge in Oslo. Alessandra previously spent several years as a healthcare strategy and planning consultant, supporting clients in the UK and internationally with demand and capacity modelling, clinical strategy development and economic appraisal for capital investment business cases.
