Kyann joined the OHE in January 2019. She has previously worked as a Health Economist at the National Guideline Centre (Royal College of Physicians) where she provided economic analysis for the development of clinical guidelines for the National Institute of Health and Care Services (NICE). Responsibilities in this role included building economic models using decision analytic methods and extracting evidence from existing economic literature.
Kyann completed her MSc in International Health Policy (Health Economics) at the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2017. Prior to this she worked in Australia as an Economic Analyst at the Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics and Sciences (ABARES), where she conducted economic research and analysis for the purpose of informing government policy and regulatory design.
