Brittany Darrow

Brittany joined OHE as a Graduate Economist in October 2024. She holds a Master of Science in Economics and Policy from King’s College London and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to OHE, Brittany interned in both the U.S. Federal Communications Commission and the U.S. House of Representatives, and she worked as a research assistant in the Wharton School, conducting research on administrative law and regulation throughout her undergraduate degree. 

Brittany has broad research experience within health economics, but she is particularly interested in rare diseases and the impact of pricing and payment models on innovation and health system sustainability. She is a member of OHE’s economics of innovation (EoI) theme.
