Libby Tungate
Libby joined OHE in September 2025 as a Fellow. She holds a BSc degree in Economics from the University of Warwick and is currently completing an MSc in Health Economics at City St George’s, University of London. She has previously worked as a research intern for the Warwick Economics Department and the National Foundation for Educational Research, making contributions in the areas of health, education and gender.
Her current research interests include the economic evaluation of mental healthcare interventions and the suitability of quality-of-life instruments in this context. She aspires to explore alternatives to the EQ-5D such as the use of ‘bolt on’ questions or mapping from specific non-preference-based measures.
