Meet the Team
The core team comprises experts in the economics and statistics of health care provision and financing, pricing and regulation of pharmaceuticals, and health technology assessment. The team combines experience from industry, the public sector and academic research.
All core team members publish peer reviewed research, and present at major international conferences, thus maintaining their intellectual rigour. Conducting research also ensures the latest thinking and techniques in health economics are used to our clients’ advantage.
The team is supplemented by our extensive network of policy, economic and statistical experts based in the UK and internationally. Together we provide some of the best expertise in the world.
Director
Adrian has 20 years’ experience in the economics of the health and pharmaceutical industries. He joined the OHE in 1993. His research interests include the economic and public policy impact of competition and regulation in the pharmaceutical industry, plus the use of risk-sharing arrangements alongside health economic evaluations....
Deputy Director
Jon joined the OHE in 1997 as its Associate Director, his areas of expertise include efficiency and incentives in the NHS, the regulation of the pharmaceutical industry, health care expenditure and the role of the private sector in the NHS (including the Private Finance Initiative)...
Director of Research
Nancy joined the OHE in 2009, bringing over 20 years of experience in health economics research. Nancy has published original research on a wide range of health economics topics in economics, health services research and health policy journals and is co-author of a leading UK textbook, Economic Analysis in Health Care.

Ebenezer Tetteh joined the OHE on 11th August, 2008 as a Health Economist. Prior to that he worked as a (health technology) analyst in the Appraisals Programme of the Centre for Health Technology Evaluation, National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE).

Ruth joins the OHE from the Personal Social Services Research Unit (PSSRU) at the London School of Economics where she worked as a Research Officer on the project "Economics of Parenting Programmes" funded by the National Academy of Parenting Practitioners (NAPP), King’s College London.
